I never would have guessed that reading about the medical conditions of others would ever be in vogue. In the last several years, however, a slew of titles about aches, pains, and mysterious ailments have hit the market and many have done surprisingly well. A huge fan of memoirs in general, I don’t shy away from those with medical themes. Now, I even recommend a few to my discriminating readers. Here are three of the best in medical memoirs for 2012.
