Is a Service fee charged when paying fines online?
Yes. The fee of $2.25 charged by the merchant bank is added to the amount of fines and fees paid.
Is there a minimum fine amount that can be paid online?
No. You may pay any fine or fee amount that you owe. Once in My Library Account, when you click Pay Online, all fines and fees are pre-selected. If you do not wish to pay all of the amount owed, you can 'uncheck' the fines or fees you do not wish to pay at this time and hit recalculate to pay only the checked/selected fines or fees. Each selected fine or fee must paid in full - you cannot pay a partial amount on a fine or fee. The service fee will be added to your total amount due.

You must hit the 'refresh' button so that they will appear on the screen. When you do, it will accurately reflect your payment.
