These facilities are classified as “Manufacturing (light) facilities” in the ULDC and require a 100-foot building setback with 50-feet of open space and a 50-foot vegetative buffer, which are conditions of this specific land use being Permitted with Conditions in the General Commercial (“GC”) zoning district.
