Utility Bill Online Payment System Changes March 27

The City of Baytown is improving the way you pay and view your City of Baytown utilities.  The City is launching a new utility billing system on March 27. It will require new customer and account numbers that are included in a letter mailed directly to each utility customer. On or after March 27, customers will create a new profile on the Baytown Utility Services portal, accessed below.

  • Your new customer and account numbers, found on the direct mailer sent to your home.  After March 27, your customer and account number will also be found on your new bill.
  • Create a new profile by clicking the link below.
  • Pay your bill online, in-person, by mail, or other alternate payment sites, like Food Town, Walmart, Kroger, and Ace Cash.

Previous customer and account numbers will no longer be valid. Pay-by-phone will no longer be a payment option after March 20, 2023.

Online utility billing payments will be processed the next business day. To locate your account number, use the find account feature.
